We aim to deliver our prints within:

UK - 2 weeks

Europe - 2 to 4 weeks

Rest of world - 3 to 4 weeks

DELIVERY COSTS

We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders. Our other delivery costs are as follows.

Europe - £15 per order

Rest of world - £28 per order

DELIVERY PACKAGING

Please note that A3 prints are delivered flat. A2 prints are rolled and delivered in a strong postal tube.

DUTIES, TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and we’d advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

As custom prints are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.
